Do I need prior coaching experience to enroll? ▾
No prior coaching experience is required. Level 1 is open enrollment and designed both for those brand new to coaching and for practitioners who want formal ICF accreditation. You'll build competency from the ground up using evidence-based tools and live mentored practice alongside a supportive cohort.
How long does Level 1 take to complete? ▾
The Cohort pathway completes in 12 structured weeks. The Fast Track is self-paced and can be completed on your own schedule. Per ICF requirements, the Group Mentoring hours must span at least three months. The program allows up to 4 years for full completion — so you can go at the pace that works for your life.
What are the ICF ACC credential requirements beyond the program? ▾
In addition to completing the 60-hour Level 1 program, you'll need to log 100+ coaching experience hours (with clients), submit your ICF application and fee, and pass the ICF ACC Credentialing Exam. HWH Level 1 meets the training, mentoring, and performance evaluation requirement entirely — and the mentoring and supervision included prepares you fully for the ICF ACC Credentialing exam.
What happens after I complete Level 1? ▾
After completing Level 1 and earning your ACC credential, you have two primary paths: upgrade to the HWH All-Access Coach Club to continue your ICF journey (Level 2 PCC → Level 3 MCC → AATC Team Coaching), or maintain your skills, community, and CCE hours through the HWH Pro Membership at $99/month.
Can I upgrade to the All-Access Coach Club after starting Level 1? ▾
Yes. Level 1 is fully stackable.
